While serving as Digital Content Strategist at the University of Houston's Office for Strategic Initiatives, I was assigned a website to audit and make better. The purpose of the website was to convert website visitors into campaign donors. I presented a few solutions and illustrated the experience for leadership. The intention was to empower the think tank and inspire a mutually beneficial design during and after the user engaged with the content.
